The Notice which appears in The Royal Gazette under the date of October 7, 2009 is amended by replacing the category definitions and lists of classifications insofar as it relates to the “First Schedule of the Act – Part IV”, as follows:
Category Definition: Group – Corporate and Shared Services Managerial:
Employees in the Corporate and Shared Services Managerial group are responsible for the management of programs and / or personnel engaged in the information technology, supply chain, real estate, facilities management, environment, records management, human resources, financial, legal and communications fields, and the execution, control and administration of programs used in the support of the various operating companies, including power interchange activities.
Group – Corporate and Shared Services Operational:
Employees in the Corporate and Shared Services Operational group are engaged in the information technology, supply chain, real estate, facilities management, environment, records management, human resources, financial, legal and communications fields; and the execution, administration and control of programs used in the support of the various operating companies. These employees may perform professional, skilled, semiskilled or unskilled activities and / or be working supervisors or team leaders of personnel performing these tasks.
