Posted September 30 2009

Awards range from $500 to $4,000 for undergraduate and graduate students. 500 word essays are required as well as a demonstration of financial need. Applications must be postmarked by January 31, 2010.

This opportunity is made possible by IBEW Local 37's participation in the Union Plus program. Individuals must be accepted into an accredited college or university, community college or recognized technical or trade school at the time the award is issued. Members do not have to purchase any Union Plus program product or participate in any Union Plus program to apply.
