Where you’ll stay!

Enjoy the beautiful riverside setting and modern comfort of the Delta Fredericton, where our event will take place on September 27th and 28th. Please note: you will need to register your room for the event. With our room block, if you live more than an hour away, you can book accommodation for Friday, September 26th and Saturday the 27th, so there’s no need to worry about commuting. With catered breakfast, lunch, dinner, and snacks provided throughout the weekend, you can relax and fully immerse yourself in the conference experience.

Bring the Family!

Bring the whole family along to the conference and enjoy a worry-free experience. While you attend workshops and keynotes, your kids can embark on exciting adventures under the supervision of licensed professionals at Go-Go Kids. They’ll rejoin you for meals, giving you a chance to check in with them and share in the experience. Additionally, you’re welcome to bring a family member or partner outside of the union for a small fee, ensuring that everyone can join in on the fun and learning!

What you’ll learn!

Choose from an engaging lineup of hands-on workshops focused on mental health and well-being in the workplace. Whether you’re looking to strengthen your communication, support your colleagues, or better understand your emotional responses, there’s something valuable for everyone to explore.
