Mindful Awareness in the workplace is something we are all capable of.Now, more than ever, workplace realities are presenting new and even more challenging realities day-to-day. Not only are managers faced with riding the waves of their own stressors and challenges, but they are tasked with creating a creative and supportive workplace while we collectively work through the impact of a global pandemic. How can a workplace support individual health and wellness and still achieve its goals? Is it possible to achieve objectives and still provide a safe and healthy work environment?
Learn how returning to our natural state of awareness can improve outcomes at work. Participants are introduced to basic guided mindfulness meditation practice that can be done in chairs, no special clothing or props required!
Building on evidence-based scientific research, participants gain insight into the benefits of mindfulness as it relates to stress reduction, increased productivity, and a means for coming back to a presence of natural strength and authenticity while managing the realities of a work setting.
Participants will learn 2 practical tools and approaches they can begin to apply in their day-to-day life in the workplace that will lower stress, and enhance clarity and decision making.
