3B: Gratitude: The Secret to a Happier Life
In this session, participants will explore the importance and relevance of gratitude as the foundational mindset to being happier and living a thriving life – with the help of Gratitude at Work’s Steve Foran. Participants discover what traps far too many people and leaves them struggling—and how this bubbles over into our professional lives, stymies us from being our best and leads to feeling overwhelmed, isolated and dissatisfied. This has never been more prevalent than after the past two years. Participants will feel a renewed sense of hope, optimism and energy—both at and away from work—and knowing how to recreate this feeling at any time. They will also learn two habits they can immediately implement to help them build resilience, maintain a thriving mindset, and feel more connected and be happier in all aspects of life.
