Union Development and Promotion Fund
The IBEW37 Union Development and Promotion Fund (UDP) focuses on the betterment of IBEW37 members and their families with respect to physical activity, educational gain, comradery, and promotional events.
The UDP recognizes that comradery among co-workers builds a stronger team and overall happier employee. The UDP also recognizes that staying physically active is vital for one’s health; so why not combine the two! Not only is team building important, but family time is of the utmost importance. That’s where our family inclusive events come in. The UDP’s intent is to help support these initiatives through an inclusive and broad range of events that target all member’s interests.
