Here are some of the active programs available we have available to members:
Union Savings for Union Members
Through our affiliation with Union Savings, you’re eligible to receive excellent discounts and savings on insurance, car rentals, hotels, financial services, entertainment, wellness, electronics, retail merchandise, and so much more.
Scholarships and Bursaries
• IBEW Local 37 Bursary – five awarded annually ($500 each).
• IBEW 1st District Scholarship – five awarded annually ($1000). The union office sends out a notice to all members when applications are available.
Free Supplemental life insurance
American Income Life (AIL) is an international company protecting families in the United States, Canada, New Zealand. Since 1951, AIL has been providing life, accident, and supplemental health products to help serve and protect members of labour unions, credit unions, associations, and their families. Members of IBEW are also eligible for preferred rates on their insurance products.

MHCSI Prescription Drug Program
With your MHCSI Card, you and your eligible dependents are entitled to coverage starting at up to $3.00 per prescription processed through the participating network of MHCSI pharmacies including Lawtons Drugs and Sobeys Pharmacy.
